I haven't done one of these in awhile so I'm real excited to show you how well it came out. So in keeping with the Valentine's theme, I used all pinks.
WHAT I USED:
WnW French White Creme for base - 2 coats
DL Whatever Lola Wants
Sinful Colors Pink (neon)
Jessie's Girl Cupcake Frosting
